In today's busy world we have even forgotten what we are up to. We are none less than machines. Constantly working and working-so much busy in our lives that we even tend to overlook ourselves! , leave others!.
We don't even have the time to just sit ideal with ourselves and just be calm and quite. Even if we sit ideal we are virtually busy in our own lives and its tensions. WE JUST DON'T HAVE TIME FOR OURSELVES!. Not for even a single moment. And this is very unfortunate. We ought to think where we are heading to. What are we doing.
BUT before all these questions, most importantly we need to think about WHO AM I? Am i what people call me? i.e. my name which could be xyz. Or am i something different? Are we the body we see? Or are we something more? If an accident occurs we say ohh! i broke my leg! whose leg are we talking about?? My leg. So if i am not the leg or the body then who am i???
